Minecraft 1.16.2 PreRelease!

Minecraft 1.16.2 is a minor update to Java Edition released on August 11, 2020, which adds stuff like piglin brutes, experimental support for custom biomes on servers, and fixes various bugs.

Servers using ViaVersion to support multiple versions of Minecraft clients should update to ViaVersion & ViaBackwards 3.1.0 for 1.16.2 support. This ViaVersion update also fixes various bugs found in the last couple of months, huge thanks to KennyTV, Gerrygames, creeper123123321 & Koppe for these.

Be sure to update ViaVersion ASAP or players won't be able to connect if they're using “latest” version in client once Minecraft 1.16.2 is officially pushed out.
